Councillor Paul Harper says:

“The 5.4 acre orchard at the corner of Gatland and Farleigh Lane has been fully grubbed out. This land is owned by a charity, not the same charity as Fant Farm. I am endeavouring to contact them to discuss their plans for the site. They had submitted it as a site for development, however we were successful in getting that rejected, so I am surprised that they have gone on to clear the site. When I know more I will blog further.”
